Dry, clean and ready for use, The Lumber Baron now has a large selection of Black Acacia live edge slabs available. Black Acacia is known for it’s density, stability, and beauty. With orange, golden and reddish hues, it’s a popular material for boat building, cutting boards and makes incredible tables.

All of our slabs are sustainable. We work closely with local arborists to salvage as much of this beautiful material as possible. Once dry and ready for use we post videos of each slab to help make your selection process easy. We can than price it for you over the phone. Our slabs can weigh in excess of 500 pounds and are obviously not easy to move, therefore they are not available for viewing without a deposit. We spend a lot of time cleaning, measuring, and making the videos of our slabs. Please take advantage of them.

We do have samples of each of the various slabs as well as premade tables in our Richmond showroom. Slab flattening and surfacing services will also be available December 2024.
